I was very surprised by the lack of craftsmanship of this product, and right out of the box I could tell that it was very low quality. The velcro strips were peeling off, there were still shavings from the piece of plastic being drilled through, and it's really just a plastic tube sliced down the middle with a strip of astro-turf sandwiched inside. That would all be fine, if the product actually worked, but the device was broken in mere minutes of the first use. PMI is a quality rope product brand, and should disown this product until it can be brought up to standard. I'll be seeking a full refund.

Need better adhesive for velcro straps.
