Quality stuff and looks really elegant, got 2 double hooks in chrome - for hand towels and shower towels, its small small but with tiny effort big towels stays on with no problem, really like to minimalistic style.

No adjustment when fitting
A really well made quality product, let down by having no adjustment. If you are out by a millimeter when drilling holes it looks wrong. Come on hansgrohe, give it a little bit of adjustment on a least one of the screw holes!

Terrible design which means you can only use the screws provided
We bought these to attach to a door but because of the terrible design, the screws that fix it also hold the hooks so you can only use those specific screws and wall plugs. Whoever designed this had no forethought that maybe people would want to use their own fixings to secure it to more than a brick wall.A perfect example of an inexperienced and single focused designer.

This is TINY .... if you are hanging a light towel that has a hook it might work, otherwise it would not stay on! I'll return it.

CARE! Small and tricky to install
Firstly, this hook is SMALL. Check the web sites with dimensions before you buy it.Secondly, my one only came with long screws for a concrete wall. I had to cut them down to fit a solid wooden door, then they were a lot of work to get the screw to grip the wood.Thirdly, the hook is very sensitive to anything being a couple of degrees out. It shows if it's not horizontal, obviously, but also if one of the screws goes in and it's not at a perfect right angle the hook won't fit on the base very well and it needs some force to straighten it up.
