Product stopped working after 4 months .. don’t buy
The media could not be loaded. 6 May2024My model shows solid green when connected after charging. After unplugging and turning it off it blinks yellow(20%-50%) after sometime even when turned off not playing when turned on again it shows red( low charge) looks like this has battery issue. Please don’t buy this in India … not worth it21 August 2024Product has stopped working.Never expected this quality from a reputed company. Claiming for warranty I am shown one mail-id to another mail-id with no resolution.

Stopped working after 3 months
Battery’s dead after 4 minutes of use, charging it even for 2 days, doesn’t work at all, Nobody’s helping, nobody’s giving seller’s contact info to reach out, utterly pathetic customer service and utterly pathetic experience,

Low Batttery Charge
I suspect I was sold a used product. It’s June 2025 and I bought it in Nov 2024, now and the batter barely holds 2.5 hours of charge. Quick charge only gets me about 20 minutes of playing time.

Does NOT charge!
Returning the second one for refund. Both pieces I got did not charge at all! Can be used while plugged it but just does not charge! Not acceptable for the most expensive guitar amp for headphone that too from a brand like fender to have such defective pieces to be sent not once but twice! Very disappointing. Will have to settle for another brand. Had high hopes on Fender as my electric guitar is also Fender.

Issues with battery and power switch
The amp stopped switching on after using it for 4 months.

Now has stopped working completely
Started using this on 5th nov. Now the left headphone channel is not working from 23 Nov. But the return policy was till 11th Nov. Please kindly help me as I need a replacement.PS- Now it has stopped working completely.Thank you.
