If you have a newer tv with only HDMI inputs and a DVD with RCA output this works great! TV should also have VHS connection for power. I got to watch some of mr old DVDs today!

Worked great, just like described. The usb cable needs to be plugged in to a usb charger or plug into tv usb for power. Now I’m enjoying my dvd player and with more clear picture.

Works well and met the need. We are able to play some of our classic VHS movies on our new TV! The picture quality is not very sharp, but we are spoiled by high quality streaming in 4K now. Colors and sound quality are true and setup was simple with the cable length. So over all I would recommend this converter.

worked without but one hitch. the rca connectors were the wrong sex for my old vcr player, but it happened I had a CD player recently with a male/male 3 part cord. Ouila! Hooked both up in my RV to the TV (that had two hdmi female connectors and a USB that could be used for the 5v power the adaptor requires. I actually used a surplus charger plug in (AC to USB) and boom, bing, the darn things played on the TV just fine. Ive seen sharper pictures, but, hey, so what?
