Like the way it wrapped around the ankle and knee, stayed cold longer than expected very useful, recommend for sprains!

Finally, something that is convenient to use and works great. I have a lot of problems with my achilles and this has made it so convenient to ice. I don't have to sit with my leg raised to ice it. I can wrap this around my ankle while I work and even move around if I need to.

Fits well. You can even walk around with it on. But I wish it stayed cold longer. Lasts maybe 30 minutes

Well-constructed. Velcro strap is long and keeps the ice pack in place. Stays cold longer than expected. Can be adjusted for pressure to be applied right where it's needed. For a heel issue, this has worked way better than a regular ice pack.

Product purchased immediately after my ankle sprain (fell off myPorch). Desiring a hot and cold therapy option I purchased this product and pricing was good for me.Used cold after freezing product swells and doesn’t lay flat like image onto your ankle. Product is cold and will provide about 15 minutes of cold relief.I used product once in microwave for heat and product was too hot to wrap on ankle even with sock on- not bad just a rookie move. After cooling, product was useable but didn’t provide the length of time for good heat therapy. 15 minutes or longer is good for me but I just felt that this didn’t deliver as much as I would have liked on the heating (5-8 mins only of heat).I would recommend overall, because product can be taken to work and used on lunch break if needed to apply heat or freeze and use for cold therapy. After all we’re agile beings and can adjust as needed. We are a privileged people! There are real problems in the world and people who are in dire need of real medical treatments. This is luxury to provide my review on an ankle support therapy wrap :)

I’ve used this to help heal my ankle and knee. I love that you can walk around with it or wear it while working and not have to be restricted to just when laying down. Flexible on size and a great value. Definitely lots of versatility.
