How does this compare to empty valspar and behr cans? made in china? (please correct image where can reads: ray of ...king sunshine.)

The cans are thinner materials so they will buckle easier if you bump them (not tin). The gallon can has plastic straps. The smaller one does have metal straps for lifting. The straps are very sturdy. I used them for making camping heaters so I took the plastic straps off (alcohol and tissue heaters). They work fine for painting, also. I buy 5 gallon painting materials, so I can use them to save and store leftovers. The lids work fine. I use them outdoors so I am satisfied with them. They are priced just right for their purpose.
