The product is amazing and built well. It's heavy and bigger then you'd think. The TV looks great and the speakers produce high quality sounds. The case is insulated so well that if you unplug and put everything away and close it up, the console will still be warm literally weeks later. Because of this I usually leave the cooling fans running for a few hours after having turned off the console before closing the case. Above the button for the monitor there is a gap which both looks incomplete and allows light from the LED power indicator to shine onto the screen. To counter this issue you can go into the TV settings and turn the LED light off. This is probably one of the coolest products I've ever bought for myself and it makes gaming on the go so much easier then having to unpack and pack an Xbox everywhere you go. It's pricy, but justifiable when you unbox it for yourself. I'd recommend it to anybody who can afford it.

Honestly very handy portable love it have it for awhile now and I use it at work lol and on the go.

This Is really good this is the second one I bought i had bought 1 that was smaller that wasn't as good as this 1 this 1 came in pretty handy a lot of times picture is great volumes great i have no complaints little pricey but you get what you pay for i would recommend as a buyer.

The only thing I personally dislike about this product, is that it makes me feel foolish for not purchasing it sooner. You can tell that there was some serious thought and consideration put into this product. I love the 4k screen, the built-in stereo speakers and cooling system. If you travel alot, it is very much worth the investment.

I ordered/returned the Pro version of this case twice because they keep sending it with the screen broken and detached. It's near impossible to put into the housing bc of how short/tight the internal HDMI & power plugs are on the lid.The real joke is that they include a QR code for video setup instructions, but when you go to the link THERE ARENT ANY VIDEOS! They don't have any videos on their YouTube for the pro version either.I was so amped for this to arrive and I'm nothing but disappointed. This case is absolutely not worth the high ticket price whatsoever. I'm sure there are better options out there. I only gave 1 star because it doesn't let you give 0.

Its a decent setup.. 2 stars would give it 4 or5 stars if it was cheaper cuz its ridiculously expensive for what you get but I bought "used-good" and ended up getting a new one that was returned. I got the pro one and honestly its not worth dropping an extra like 200 ish bucks on the 4k in my opinion, the 1080p at 60hz is good enough and the "speaker issue" is an easy fix if you get yourself a hdmi audio extractor. (Super cheap i got one for like 15 bucks thats usb powered) also you can buy the same speakers they use in the upgraded version for like 15 bucks... they're just amazon basic generic computer speakers. So far I like it but haven't messed with it too much besides adding the extractor and speakers... there's enough room to have the speakers sitting out on top tbh without them blocking the screen or if u got a 3d printer you could just make your own brackets to mount them on the hinges. Other than them cheaping out and not just adding speakers to the 1080p pro version and the price its a decent little setup. But $800 is pretty steep for this to have to add stuff to make it feel complete... also instead of game storage... a headset storage feels like it would have been better suited for the pro version and possibly the 4k one aswell.Build quality is very good. The screen survived shipping but I haven't taken it anywhere yet. Easy to set up and does what they claim it does. DO NOT TRY TO OPEN IT UP TO ADD SPEAKERS WITH AUX. They stripped the monitor down and made a custom shell to fit the hardware and its heavily modified. Go the safe route with audio extractor.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! The screen is amazing! the sound quality is fantastic, and the straps keep the Xbox in place perfectly, the case is very sturdy it's honestly a 10/10

The media could not be loaded. EDIT -Was able to get in contact with the seller and attempted the fixes they advised prior to proceeding with refund/ replacement.The fixes did correct the issues and now have been able To Enjoy hours of gaming. Overall, great setup and for sure worth it if you do lots of traveling; updating rating to 4stars, would have 5 but that inconvenience right out the boxes did suck but we good now.*************************************Received my case today and the monitor does not connect to the HDMI.I do like the case, just disappointed haven’t had the case for 5min and doesn’t even work smh.who do I contact for this issue?
