Will this unit fit in a 2003 Mercedes SL500?

With the proper install kit yes but be aware you will not be able to run the factory fiber optic amplifier without a D2B fiber optic Convertor.

Can i use 4 ohm speakers with this unit?

Yes. Their manual states 18 watts x 4 RMS measured at 4 ohm. I’m using 4 JL C1-640 running directly from the ILX-507 and they sound great.
