Q: What "natural" ingredient do they use for fragrance? fragrance is not natural!

Plenty of fragrance is natural. Orange peel as well as the peel from several citrus fruits adds a "fragrance" - haven't you ever noticed that flowers can be "fragrant"?? Perfume (parfum) is what you're describing. Essential oils and extracts DO provide a scent (which is fragrance) and it is most definitely natural. Sheesh

Q: bougth also aqua earth shower filter do I need to use regular shampoo after using this product?

No, the Lifeguard Shampoo does not need an additional shampoo. We do recommend using the LemonAid Conditioner afterwards to replenish moisture, detangle and further clarify the hair. Thanks!

Q: Can I use this for my dog who loves to swim?

No. Human skin needs human cleansing products, particularly with swimming pool chlorination products. Dogs have particularly sensitive skin issues of their own. I would suggest talking to your local pet friendly stores to see what they might offer, hopefully nearby, and what you might be able to buy online. Best of luck to you...and your pets!
