This hose was great for 2 months but then it sprung a good size leak in the hose. I thought - OK no problem get a replacement under the 1 year warranty and remain a satisfied customer . Only problem is the web site reference given on the packaging for the hose does not work and the phone number goes to a non-attended number with no indication that it even belongs to Greenbest. The warranty on the Amazon site states that the manufacturer warrants the product for 12 months and states - simply contact them for a replacement or a refund. After many web searches I can not find any other phone number or even a web site address for the company. Would not buy again!

After 2 1/2 months of use the wound steel under the black sleeve came loose & stretched out. On the other end the steel got rusty & water gushed out of the plastic under the steel. Spending $ 60.00 for a hose that lasted 2 1/2 months, it's way too much. However, if all these problems wouldn't appear, the product idea is good. Save your money until the company fixed these issues!!!

Have to make the stars but I am Gonna give this zero stars. Bought in April 2018 to use with my misting fan was used 2 times and then it hung on my hose bib with the little green strap that was sent with it. It was attached to a rubber hose I used for irrigation etc and Was NEVER dragged across the yard or patio. By the end of June it began to leak and by the middle of July it was leaking in a number of places. I live in the desert and water conservation is important. Each time I turned it on it wasted gallons of water onto my patio. NOT worth the money. VERY poor quality product. AmReturning and hopefully they will give me what I paid for it.

Great product. Pressure reduced a bit compared to what it replaced as this is not as big a diameter as my prior rubber/plastic hose but IT IS SO EASY TO WORK WITH in my tight-space dgarden patios that I am TOTALLY HAPPY with this purchase. Goodbye, finally, to kinks! I've concluded that all claims of rubber type hoses being non-kink are just BS. This hose, however, truly is! It's lighter than a heavy rubber/plastic hose too adn ten times easier to roll up and store. I love working with it everytime i use it It seems pretty indestructable to me too - i walk right on top of it sometimes and it doesn't hurt it a bit. The spray attachement isn't much but I bought it for the hose not the sprayer and I have a watering wand on it anyway. I am an intensive gardener with many pots and have to water almost every day in hot weather. I will never be without one of these again! if you use a hose the way I do (individual watering of indvidiual plants and pots in tight space), get it, you'll be glad you did.

I bought two of these hoses, one for the front yard, one for the backyard. These hoses are amazing light and easy to use. Not a single kink, they glide around the yard and are so easy to use. Easy to reel back up on the hose reel. I was over the moon happy. Until just a few months later the back yard hose broke near the sprayer. The metal exterior spread open and the inner hose split open. I cut the back part off and ended up using it without a sprayer until the company sent me a new one. I was hoping it was a fluke, but this spring when I got the hoses out (I keep them stored in the garage on their hose reels over the winter), the front yard hose was leaking all over now, and I discovered the same issue, a big leak in the center. Except now it's out of warranty so I can't get a replacement. So now out of three hoses, I only have one working hose, and I'm afraid its only a matter of time until that one splits open also. I love, love, love the design of these hoses, and I'm so sad to have to go back to normal style, but I can't keep paying money for a hose that lasts only a few months. I hope they can find a way to improve the design and keep them from breaking so quickly.

Given the hype for these stainless steel hoses this one performed badly. In a little over a month of use the wound steel under the black sleeve below the male end of the hose came loose, stretched out and water gushed out of the split plastic under the steel. We have a faucet below our yard, and so we have to keep the water on 24/7 because we need to control the water pressure at the top of our yard from the very end of the hose. This particular hose can’t handle that kind of pressure. After 2 months, it burst off the faucet right at the edge of the hose connection. We’re so lucky we were home at the time as it would have flooded our hill. We’ll order a more heavy duty hose next time. For lightweight regular use this hose would probably be fine, but not sure. It looks nice but it’s thinner than most which might be part of the issue. The title description says “lightweight” but that’s misleading because it definitely is a lightweight hose, but it should say “for only lightweight usage”

I use this when we are at a equestrian event to water and wash the horses. Its no kink and allows for good pressure from my 65 gallon water tank I keep in my truck. I use an electric pump that outputs water at over 3gpm. Great price and quality so far.
