EDIT: Dead battery fix - Some people have had charging issues or a dead battery when they go to use it. A quick fix to avoid dead batteries is to unplug the charger from the wall AFTER you hear the confirmation tones that it is charged. If you unplug the charger from the wall, the battery will retain its charge almost indefinitely.Original review- First off, i have to say that customer support from the manufacturer/company was spectacular! I had a minor problem during the purchase (my fault), and reached out to the company and they were immediately responsive and helped me solve my problem. Second, there is an limited number of robot mops available . I researched for about 6 years before i decided to buy. The 3 pad design is unique and is only made by this company. 3 pads vs 2 pads means a 33% increase in cleaning compared to other products. in the same amount of time. Plus, the 3 pad design means it is lower to the floor and fits under cabinet kick panels and chairs making edge/perimeter cleaning successful. The other robot mops are not able to mop along edges. The brain is intelligent and does not bang into obstacles and has many sensors to protect from falling or running over things. the mop pads clean very well. If you have a very dirty floor simply spray your cleaner on the dirty parts of the floor before setting your mop in motion. ( FYI- in an unrelated topic, if you have children or pets, you should only be using "biodegradable neutral PH pet and baby safe", floor cleaner. Your pets walk barefoot and your babies touch the surface. These chemicals leach into the skin and is ingested by pets. a product called "OdoBan" has a no rinse, neural ph, pet friendly, concentrated floor cleaner highly recommended). The mop is very quiet! in fact i had to look multiple times to determine if it was still working because it was so quiet. Remember this is not a vacuum, it is virtually silent. I cleaned a 12x20 tile floor on one battery charge. And the robot was able to edge clean 3 times, and covered the entire floor at least twice. Recharging took about 3 hours. This company builds the 2 pad robot mop for Samsung. That should tell you about the quality, and that it is a good product. I will by one for my sister i am so happy with the product.

We have a small shoes-on house so I like to run this often. It works soooo much better than the Braava iRobot Jet240. It’s easy to charge, cleans well, it’s quiet. The only thing that’s a tad annoying is pulling off the pads after it’s finished because they’re very soiled. But I throw them in the washer on a quick clean hot cycle, let them air dry and they’re ready to go again the next day. I’m so happy I upgraded from the Braava 240, that thing was awful.

Okay, I am a seasoned owner of about 10 vacuum robots and I have owned several of them with a dual mopping ability. When I originally saw this guy I thought it was brilliant so I bought it. MISTAKE. I read many many reviews and I thought it might be worth it, I was wrong and I will tell you why. First of all it requires so much maintenance because it constantly stops and beeps, it only worked for about 2 to 3 days before it wouldn't even do anything besides beep. The cleaning job was decent, HOWEVER, YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THE MOP PADS CONSTANTLY AND RINSE THEM OUT. I was up and down up and down up and down refilling the water and cleaning the pads so that they didn't leave round dirt scrub spots everywhere. I have a very small home, VERY SMALL. This thing was so expensive I thought that it was going to be worth it, when I tried to get product support when it stopped working after 3 days there was no option for any of that it took me a month to get a refund. If you look at the price, waiting a month for a refund when you need a mopping solution is ridiculous. I was very disappointed and after many phone calls and about 15 chat sessions I finally received a refund. I bought the Bissell Spin Wave, I should have bought that not only was it over $100 cheaper the little thing cleans my floor 100 million times better than this expensive WASTE. I am irritated at Amazon however I'm more irritated that I received a product that was so poorly made that it didn't work for even one week. I am disappointed with it's cleaning ability, required maintenance, and product support, which is non-existent. If you're really looking for one that actually works the Bissell really does a great job and I couldn't believe that it was so much cheaper to be honest, so much easier to set and go, and I feel way more confident in the brand Bissell being that that is their specialty. I hope you find a great robot mop, I would save your money, they have a Samsung that looks almost identical to this that is the same price and sometimes cheaper however I did not try that one, it was too similar to this failed one that I decided to take a Gamble on the spin mop by Bissell.

I purchased this based on several reviews from others. I had to return it due to not charging. Replacement is working correctly.This mop does a good job, but I do have a complaint. I am giving 4 stars because it does clean and, other than my first one malfunctioning, the build quality seems good.So, my complaint is in the unattended cleaning ability. The collision detection is excellent. It does manage to maneuver about avoiding things. It does not have a "this spot is clean" sensor. It is also not able to be kicked off from a timer. Because the charging base holds the unit in an upright position there's no way to remotely activate; you have to manually take the unit off the charger and place in the floor. I am on with all of this and do not feel this is a problem. So I want to state that I like the unit, it does a great job of scrubbing the floor with the spinning mops.That being said here's where I have the problem. The unit does not come with any fencing capability. There's no infrared transmitter you can use to prevent the unit from going where you don't want it. I have two rooms that are connected, one has wood floor and the other has a floor rug. I have to monitor the unit to prevent it from going into the rug and then down the hallway. To prevent it from escaping the dining room I have resorted to placing broom handles down on the floor to trick it into thinking there is a wall there. So, that is my only complaint.

So it arrived today and so simple to set up, just charge, that took about 20 mins, wet the pads, fill the small tank and attach pads and set it off. I put it on auto, and it went off and did its thing. Doesn't recognize low rugs, but I just picked up and put back on the tile. I have a dog, and always have paw prints across the hardwood floor and tile. Worked great. I refilled it once and tried the microfiber pad versus the other denser one. Didn't see a big difference, they both cleaned well. It is very quiet, which is good, as my dog usually goes for the roomba, but once he got over the shock of seeing this, left it alone. It is small, lightweight but really does clean well. The pads are super easy to clean under the tap, and then I will throw in the wash next time. Very happy after the first, hope it keeps it up.
