Great product! It removed mildew and mold from the fall and winter months in 1 application. No scrubbing required.

Works great and no scrubbing
Exactly as listed worked very well and cleaned super well. I left it work 5 minutes then hosed it off. Recommend wearing protective eye glasses and washing any product that drips on the house to prevent cake icing look on the house. Very strong bleach smell but works great

Worked Amazingly!
We didn’t want to go to Home Depot, so ordering through Amazon was a breeze. It worked perfectly to remove the Florida mold, and we couldn’t be happier. The effectiveness was perfect, and we didn’t notice any leakage.Only thing to watch out for is that the spray will bleach close if the wind carries it. So, wear clothes/shoes you wouldn’t mind having some sort of damage done to them.Highly recommend. :)

Wish I knew about this years ago!
I’ve used one gallon of this stuff so far and it has cleaned the mold and algae off my dad’s single-wide mobile home, his shed and carport - with very little scrubbing. Most of the algae on the mobile home came right off after letting sit for a few minutes and hosing off. The black mold and red algae on the carport, which had likely never been cleaned before, took 2 attempts for full removal and needed a light brushing, but now looks like new! I wish I had this stuff years ago when I used a different product and had to scrub, scrub, scrub the house, which took me 2 full days to do. This time around, I finished the whole house in a few hours and barely broke a sweat.The stains on the skirting are more stubborn, but I’ve already got a second bottle so I’m not worried about it. This stuff is a time saver and a game changer!

It really works
I wanted to get rid of the green mold that grows on my wood deck, but I am remarkably lazy and did not want to scrub. This stuff claims to do the trick. Just spray it on, let it sit for five minutes, and spray it off.I just tried it today, and it really does work! I sprayed it and while I was waiting the five minutes, I could already see the green crap lifting off. The great thing is you just spray it off with a garden hose - no pressure washer required. My deck looks so much better. I’m impressed!
