This MOPO 10000mAh lithium polymer power bank has a thin profile. It comes with a usb/mini-usb charging cord. 12 month warranty. (I took close up photos of the power bank casing and ports. Let me know if you find this helpful.)I usually get power banks that are no less than 10000mAh because I don’t want to have to recharge it after every single use like those with lower mAh. We top off our battery charges on the go just to make sure we’ve all got a full charge. My one child uses it constantly since his old phone battery is barely holding a charge. I’m able to charge up my LG Stylo2 (with a charge of 0 to 17%) at least 3 ½ times before I run out of charge on the power bank. It doesn’t get hot. All ports work well and fit snugly. No buzzing or sounds of a short circuit. So this power bank has been working well with a lot of use and abuse by the kids. It shuts off automatically after inactivity to save power which is convenient since the kids never turn anything off. It’s compact enough to stuff in school backpacks and purses.With our family of 5 being constantly on the go with school, sports, traveling, hiking, camping and other activities, it’s very useful to have and has been a lifesaver when you’re family is out all day.

Heard from seller on why this, and any, power bank doesn't deliver the spec'd mAh when charging a device. All has to do with the voltage. It stores power at 3.7 V but supplies power at 5 V. Makes sense. I've amended my review based on that.USB C charging is as quick as you would get with a wall charger. Attractive and well built.

I have a note 5 and this charger does not charge my phone fast like it promises to do. I have tried all three ports and get no extra juice like how it is promised!

This thing is a monster. I've been using it which seems like nonstop between my Iphone, Nintendo Switch, and tablet and I think I just hit 20% on the device after a few days. I've been looking for a 20kmah charger for a while now, and know that most people go with Anker, but this is looking to be a great alternative.My only gripes for it is it's heavy. I was expecting it to have some weight, but this think is a tank. It feels like it was made well though. If I dropped it a few times on the ground I wouldn't freak out as I normally would, because this thing feels like it would just take beatings. (Don't drop it though purposely). Overall though I'm happy with this, and hope it last as long as my others.

The smart iq port failed within a few days. Now, only the 1.5a and 1a ports work. Very disappointed.

I purchased the 10000 mAh (model: MF-N2) not the 20000 mAh unit that this now shows (my purchase history links to the 20k mAh). The unit stopped charging after only two charge cycles. I charged the battery pack when I first received it, per instructions and it worked great. I charged it again when it was below 25% capacity , used it as neeed and now the battery pack is dead and wont' charge at all (would be the third charge. I've tried several cables and it won't charge at all.

This thing is amazing I use it all the time, I can charge my iPhone 6 multiple times and my iPad Air

I like it but also I think you have to be patient, I've never been able to get more than 0.97 amps out of it? Probably its more suited for Apple products (i got android samsung). 3 ports makes it nice too. But at .97 amps it charges quick enough, but then again, sometimes for whatever reason it charges at a lesser amperage making it less good, but later it may go back to the higher .97 amps? Be careful, all of these are not wear & tear resistant, and older MOPO w the 3 ports (one smart and higher amps) when bad slowly when the ports became separated from the circuit board (it was out of warranty and i tried to see what went wrong), the other 2 I did save by putting in spacer to prevent separation of ports from circuit board; on the older ones). The new one seems fine in that respect but I say still be careful not to stress the cable where it connects to the charge ports as it may cause the same problem as the older ones had? SOLUTION TO MANUFACTURER: Make the ports connection alot stronger physically to the circuit board, word of mouth sells and is free advertising. I bought MOPO again because the older ones are still going and I use them alot; the batteries seem alot better then competitors.
