I wasn't sure this would work well, but it makes giving the baby medicine SO easy! We've used just the syringe and tried hard to make sure the baby takes it all, as he usually spits some out. But with this pacifier, he takes his medicine as if he's drinking from a bottle every time. It's easy and effective.
