HiI bought this chair but for some reason can't install the chair roller's at the bottom. It doesn't go in and get stuck.. Not sure what is missing or what needs to be fixed?

I looked at just about every sub-£120 office chair on Amazon before buying this one. All of them seemed to have good, but mixed, reviews. I found myself worrying about comfort, build quality and chair height - I'm 6 feet tall so this, in particular, concerned me. I gambled on this chair, and I'm really pleased I did.The chair is very easy to build - I did it myself in about 20 minutes. Everything is put together by just pushing in or by simple Allen key bolts. And the bolts of different lengths are supplied in separate compartments, so there's no annoying process at the start of sorting all the jumbled bolts out! But even though it's easy to build, the build quality is really good. The plastic seems to be good quality, the mesh feels sturdy, the casters are smooth and quiet, and the mechanisms all work exactly as they should.Comfort is good. The seat pad is a good level of firmness, and the adjustable lumbar support is useful. The only aspect I find a little uncomfortable is the height of the arm rests, which are fairly low down and cannot be raised, so if you're tall your arms may not reach them. But even then, I've found that I can half-lower the arm rests and, although I can't put full weight on them, I can at least rest my arms while typing.And as for the height - I honestly have no issues with it at all. I am using it at its max height, but it is entirely adequate for me - I doubt I'd want it any higher. So my biggest concern just wasn't a problem at all.Overall, I'm really pleased with it, and would happily recommend it.

Der alter Bürostuhl aus dem schwedischen Möbelhaus hat nach knapp zehn Jahren und nach relativ intensivem Gebrauch ausgedient; ein Neuer musste her, der ein wenig kleiner und "ästhetischer" ausfallen sollte, der dennoch ein gewisses Maß an Funktionalität haben sollte. Mit diesem vorzüglichen Bürostuhl von SIHOO wurden wir fündig und nicht enttäuscht.Doch zunächst der Reihe nach:Wichtig für uns waren die folgenden Merkmale:* Höhenverstellbar* Wippfunktion* Dämpfungsstärke der Wippfunktion* Klappbare ArmlehnenDieser Stuhl bietet alle dieser Funktionen.Der Stuhl kommt zerlegt, also nicht montiert, in einem sehr festen Karton, jedes Teil wurde separat verpackt und gut geschützt. Eine gut verständliche Montageanleitung erleichtert den Zusammenbau, so dass man den Stuhl nach ca. 20 Minuten zusammen gebaut hat.Die Verarbeitung aller Teile geht in Ordnung, hier hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. Es waren sogar leichte Handschuhe dabei, damit man sich die Hände nicht dreckig macht, eine nette Geste. Es waren zudem einen Inbusschlüssel und zwei zusätzliche Schrauben vorhanden, wirklich gut.Man sitzt gut auf (oder in) dem Stuhl, eine etwas billigere Einstellung der Lendenwirbelstütze ist vorhanden, die ihren Dienst jedoch problemlos verrichtet.Ich (181 cm und 84 kg) sitze sehr gut darin, aufgrund des etwas kleinen Einstellbereichs in der Sitzhöhe, könnte der Stuhl für größere Personen etwas problematischer sein, wie auf dem zweiten Foto zu sehen ist, ist die Sitzhöhe (vor dem Aufsetzen) in etwa 52 cm Höhe, mir passt es, von daher ist alles soweit ok.Wir hatten um die 130 Euro bezahlt, ein annehmbarer Preis, wir wir fanden. Dieser Bürostuhl ist eher für den Heimgebrauch konzipiert, ein professioneller Bürostuhl, wie ich ihn vom Büro kenne, ist natürlich viel robuster und solide gebaut, der jedoch einen vielfachen Preis kostet, so darf man natürlich nicht vergleichen.Wir sind sehr zufrieden, über Langlebigkeit kann man hier noch nicht sprechen, aber er erfüllt unserer Anforderungen an einem Bürostuhl der Mittelklasse für den Heimgebrauch.Daher können wir ihn wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Just bought this to replace one with broken reclining mechanism, what a let down that turned out to be. First thing that I noticed with the new one, it is quite heavy in the box, which surprised me as it is pretty much plastice, but it is very dense heavy plastic. Assembly was so easy, precise instructions ( except one ) parts pre sorted into compatmented blister pack. Good M6 Driver and pretty good looking castors. It took me 20 minutes to assemble but I have little free room which I reckon cost me 5 minutes, but it is a home office chair, so do 5 minutes matter anyway. The folding arms were one of the big reasons for choosing this chair, again due to space constraints, normal arms push the chair out too far to be practical. On the downside the folding arms are quite short so unless you push the seat right up to the desk, there is a gap between arms on the armrest and the desk, not good posture for any prolonged periods. The 1 exception to clear instructions ( well for me anyway, and I read them 3 times) is when fitting the arms you have a flat washer and sprung washer, but it does not make clear which one should be on the bolt first, this does make a difference to the tensioning of the arms. It's a 50/50 chance to get right but who wants to do the job twice. Other than that, I am well pleased, albeit it is only day 3. On day 2 I probably sat on this chair about 4 hours with the longest period being about 2 hours. Very upright without the recliner unlocked, but I didn't really want reclining anyway. Shame the back cant be adjusted to a position and then locked, but the option is reclining or not. On a plus side the colour of the frame parts and material almost match my pc, bonus.
