The build quality is nice, it feels sturdy, modern, but has a bit of an old world charm to it as well.I find the way it's organized to be really well done, it helps me set some goals for the day and hold myself accountable to achieve those goals.I like that it gives a section for daily reflection, what went well and what I could improve on.The writing prompts are really nice too, starting the day off with some creativity and critical thinking has really helped me over the couple of days that I've been using it.I love that it's not pre-dated, I can put in the dates and choose the days, so if I skip a day, I can pick up where I left off and nothing seems out of place or out of order.

Great journal and easy to follow. Helps get my goals organized and set me up for the day. I feel more motivated since using the journal. The 13 week goal format gives me the ability to track my progress and adjust if needed. Being hypercritical, the only thing I would like is maybe a little more space to write when I’m feeling especially wordy. However, there is plenty of space to write otherwise. I highly recommend this journal for men who are just starting out journaling or men who think journaling is just about writing all the negative things they are feeling. Stay in a positive head space with this journal! A+ in my book.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it, and to my surprises has filled it out everyday since I gave it to him. It’s beautiful and great quality. The pages are thicker, not flimsy at all. You can’t see the previous days writing through the paper so that I appreciate!! I was so happy to see this journal was produced by a small family business as we also have a family business so supporting another one is always something we love doing! Overall, amazing and you should definitely purchase!

It is a good planer

Very nice and well made. Much more affordable compared to other 3 month journals. Nicely laid out with daily goals and affirmations. Different thought provoking questions too which helps set up for 3 month goals.

Loved this. I would journal every day with my partner during our morning coffee. We would share our responses and affirmations with each other. We finished the journal and started a different one just to try something new, but I will say that the daily prompts were light enough to be an easy mini journaling session in while also being strong enough to get a little deep. A great balance and I do miss this journal specifically.
