Solid 4 star so far….
It arrived and intact unlike some reviews I’ve seen.Only just started so unable to see if any difference, flavour isn’t the best just mix it with some juice or squash and tastes much better.So solid 4 stars so far

Transformed my pms mood.
Waited 5 weeks until leaving this. Was very skeptical but I am pleasantly surprised at how my mood has been in the lead up to my period. Usually I am very irritable and moody, but I have been much calmer and happier. I have been much more positive generally too. Hasn’t helped with any of the other pms symptoms but it’s great that my mood is so much better. The tub lasts me longer than a month and have just bought my second.

Tastes better than expected
Nice taste and really noticed a difference in moods/anxiety, around menstrual cycle. I just add to water but works in a smoothie too.

Not a nice taste
I did not like the taste of this. Used a electric wisk to mix with water still was lumpy did not used for long enough to comment on the effectiveness or of there was any health benefits

Not as expected
I have not been able to feel any difference after 3 months of use. I also found it difficult to drink just in water however when mixed with juice or yoghurt it was okay

Works
I was sceptical if I'm honest, I haven't ever really believed stuff like this could work but I figured trying it was easier than trying to see a GP and get them to actually help me . A week in now and this weekend I bounced out of bed with more energy than I have had for a couple of years. My bloating is going down, energy levels and concentration is up, I don't get up for work feeling so exhausted I could cry. I personally don't think it tastes brilliant but mixed with apple juice with a whisk and neck it back quickly and it's tolerable, the benefits are worth a bit of yuck factor in my opinion
