This is a good value cream for various skin conditions and I have been using this for dry skin between my toes. This could be some kind of fungal skin conditions and I know coal tar can help with this. The cream comes in a pump dispenser which dispenses a small amount of cream making it very efficient to use. The cream seems to be absorbed quickly into the skin and doesn't leave any greasy marks. There is a strong smell of coal tar to the product which I don't mind but if you've never smelt it before it could seem a bit strange. It is early days but seems to be working as expected.

I feel this product has been beneficial to the health of my scalp and notice improvements when I use it. It is very strong smelling but the smell seems to go away when I wash my hair so not concerned about this.

First a few of the reviews have said that it has no instructions with it which is true but on the pictures on the amazon page it says - clean affected area with water, apply 2-3 times daily massaging in until absorbed.I have been using a similar product which is good but very much thicker and very greasy - this is a lot better at dispensing, rubbing in and doesnt leave a greasy mark on your clothes.Smells a bit like coal tar soap masked by lavender. Its not unpleasant or overpowering. I like it is cruelty free as that is important to me

I wanted this to work and although it does provide some relief once applied, this quickly dissipates and the itching is back. In addition as it's obviously not a steroid, it only prevents the itching rather than taking any redness or scaling away. It may work for you but it didn't for me.
