My acupuncturist gave me this years ago and I have been ordering and using it since. If I think I have been exposed to something, I take about 10 drops in a small amount of liquid and swish it around my mouth once or twice a day. If I start to feel ill, I do about 15 drops 3 to 5 times a day. It can't stop everything all of the time, but I am convinced that I am able to fight things off easier and/or get well faster with this stuff.

At first sign of congestion or a cold coming on, i start taking this. If it's very early, sometimes just one dose works. If not, then i take it 3x a day for a few days. It almost always works. Last time i bought this, i bought three of them so i'd never run out and could give one to my son. A staple in my home.

I have been using Initial Defense with any onset of a cold. It works. I have brought this 3 times now.

Initial Defense is nothing but AMAZING!!!! If you take it when you first feel a cold coming on, it keeps you from getting the cold! It is the BEST!
