I planned on doing this write up and should have posted it a few weeks ago. Better late than never.I have bought couple of VIPEK V40 Plus clothes Racks in the past. I was so impressed by the product and the quick delivery the very first time that, I recently placed an order for a third one. Due to an error entirely on my part, the item got delivered on the east coast. I thought of cancelling the order and sending the item back. I contacted the supplier, to see if the item could be picked up and rerouted to my residence in the east coast. While the original shipping cost was free, I anticipated the supplier telling me to bear the cost of the re-shipping. However, to my surprise, I was told to hold on and they sent me a new set to my correct address at no additional cost. These folks are very quick to ship, and prompt to respond to your questions. They are very helpful. I cannot say enough about their customer services. Thank you VIPEK team. I hope your business continue to prosper, flourish and be a blessing to everyone involved.

Great rack, and very quick install. Truthfully no tools are needed. It does come with wall anchors but the rack is so solid on it’s own that I didn’t see a point in needing them.

The product is good, sturdy enough, can fit a lot of clothes. My walk in closet doesn’t come with closet system and I bought two of these. They make a big difference.If you have never built something like this before, the instruction manual is not too easy to follow, for example it doesn’t specify which side of the short horizontal bar should face outside/inside and that matters, and the parts are not clearly labeled.Tips: 1 having two people working on this together would be ideal.2 go to YouTube and you will find videos from this brand to show you how to put it together.

Very good product. I used Vipek for two closets. One was 65 inch Closet and I installed the racks in a straight line. Once everything was connected and tighten it was very stable , specially using the non tip bracket. Any easy inctall. About an hour. .The other closet was an L install. Took a a while for to figure everything but eventually fairly easy. Took a couple of hours for me to determine the precise instal that was best for my needs.

The media could not be loaded. Just as pictured! It was supper easy to put together I only needed scissors to open it… no other tools. Instructions were easy to follow. Seems pretty sturdy, I literally put my whole body weight onto it making sure the shelves were on. I do recommend putting your clothes poles on as pictured in my review. It doesn’t say to do it this way in the instructions but I found that by doing it this way they stay in place without having clothes on it.
