Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper?? AND, it's salt-free?? Santa definitely read my Christmas list!Why add salt if the remaining ingredients are fresh & properly processed? I found this blend to be versatile, very tasty, having no off-flavor or after-taste. I will be buying this again!1st use: Sprinkled on a baked potato I had topped with plain Greek yogurt.2nd use: Sprinkled on my pasta & tossed with olive oil.3rd: Mixed in with my warm vinegar potato salad.Next?: Will try it on roasted corn-on-the cob, an egg dish & chicken thighs. Bet it would be great on roasted cauliflower steaks, too. Highly recommend this, especially if you need to watch your sodium.

This doesn't have particularly exotic ingredients but it's so versatile and adds a wonderful savory garlic and vegetable flavor to almost anything. I put it on quesadillas, eggs, roasted vegetables, potatoes, etc. I wish the container were bigger. While I don't have a low-sodium diet I do like the fact that I can add this to a dish that's already salty, or in conjunction with other seasonings that DO contain salt, without adding any more saltiness. Again, the only thing I dislike is that the container is small relative to how much I want to use this product. I'm a frugal person and the cost of this is just enough that I ration it somewhat. I'd like a larger and more economical format of the same.

If you find yourself having to cut salt out of your diet, then you are going to need to find spices like this. Once you figure out what you like this on it helps cut salt out of your diet and not feel like everything is flavorless.

I didn't know this was a thing before I came across it and ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried it. The flavor is difficult to describe, on eggs it gives them an almost smoky butter flavor because of the way the roasted garlic and bell pepper come together. This is a very aromatic seasoning and is what I grab first now when I sit down to eat. I would highly recommend this seasoning.

This is my favorite spice combo that McCormick offers!! Great in burger meat, on chicken, on all kinds of vegetables, like Brussels sprouts, kale, broccoli, and potatoes while roasting!! It even makes garlic bread yummier, as if that was possible—but it is!!
