Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was on the fence about buying this and I looked at the more expensive Salt Mafia hats and figured this was a good dupe and I was right. It fits great, its definitely water resistant and dries quickly. It held up on a 6 day beach trip and still looks brand new. I've washed it once in the washer and it held its shape and still looks new.

I’ve been on the hunt for a hat the didn’t rest on my ears and push them out. I’ve tried so many hats and I was about to buy the 80 dollar Melin one. I found this hat and decided for the price I’d give it a shot and hope for the best. It arrived and when I put it on I was so pleased at the quality, color, and fit. I finally found a hat that fits perfect, looks nice, and I’m confident will last awhile.

Not a bad hat and it's true they dont show stains.. I have a dark Grey and a light Grey and both have held up for a year from a quality standpoint. I went with a 4 but considered a 3. In texas its hot and they get soaked with sweat whether outside or at the gym and they smell musty like many synthetic fiber gum clothes after time. I have hand washed soaked..used vinegar..baking soda..you name it. At this point I just toss them in the washer and let them air dry. They seem to hold up fine but while they come out fresh.. whithin a couple days the smell musty again. So at the end of the day I could have bought several less expensive hats and would have been no worse off at a minimum.

My favorite gym hat

It’s a great hat! I own this and the Melin Oddysey. While this one isn’t quite as high in overall quality and detail, it’s very solid for the price and I definitely in my rotation of daily wearers. For the price you can’t beat it.

Trying to be generous, I gave three stars because the company processed an exchange very quickly when my initially ordered hat arrived slightly miscut. Also, the hat looks very nice and did not show any sweat during a week in the tropics. With that said, I can’t fully endorse the product because I purchased it mainly for running during hot summers. It was advertised as good for any workout and easy to clean. However, after a two-hour run, the hat was fully soaked through. Fearing my salty sweat would leave stains, I followed the manufacturer instructions to gently wash with soap and water. After trying that once and letting it dry overnight, there were visible water marks across the front. Tried it a second time and the same thing happened. Plus, while the fabric resists sweat and water well, once it does get soaked, it does not dry quickly. Needs at least a half day in my experience. It’s a great hat for social and tourist activity in hot and humid weather. But if you’re buying this for intense exercise, I recommend you look elsewhere as I now have a funky hat.

The ANKOR Ultra Performance Water-Resistant UPF 50 Baseball Hat fits like a REAL baseball cap (not those slouchy weird-looking ones) AND more importantly, keeps the sweat out of my face while EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, not creating a sweat line along the rim of the cap! I took a chance in ordering this particular cap but man, am I glad I did. It really IS the real deal (without having to spend $65 on 'other companies' so-called 'water resistant caps'.) $30 bucks sealed the deal for me. In fact, I got 2 more, one for me and my wife for our summertime pickleball sessions. Perfect for golf, summer picnics, hiking, you name it. You want the sweat outta your face AND off of your cap?
