Hip Band Circle - Workout Booty Bands for Women

And I mean ouch in a good way. I love muscle soreness after a workout. First off, I would say this band is NOT for beginners. The resistance is insane. It’s thick and very sturdy. A simple workout of donkey kicks, glute bridges and fire hydrants with this band had my ass SCREAMING...literally! I tried to use it for squats and it was really intense so I took it off so I can work my way up to it. This is my first cloth resistance band and I can see myself using this way more than the elastic ones. I can’t wait to see what my booty looks like adding this to my routine! Highly recommended!

Wow the quality on this hip band is amazing! I was looking for a replacement to the latex bands I was using and found this for a great price. All I can say is look no further as this is the one to beat for the price.I would recommend to be advised on the resistance level on these bands. I purchased the S/M as I am ~5’ 8” and just under 120lbs, but the resistance was way too tight for me to be able to squat properly. I messaged the seller and she sent me the larger one to try out for free! The larger one works perfectly for squats and definitely increases the intensity of my workouts. Talk about great customer service!I would highly recommend these bands to anyone looking to take their workouts to the next level!

Extremely impressed by the quality of this hip band. It has a rubber interior band material to prevent the band from slipping. It is a thick material and a stiff resistance for me.I got a L/XL by mistake but sort of glad I did. I think because of how thick my thighs are this size worked out for me. I'm 5'2" ~118 lbs for reference. Look at the length of the S/M vs the L/XL as you are deciding which size to get and compare it to the circumference of your thighs where you plan to use this band. Hopefully the L/XL does stretch out else I"ll have to size down. :)

Love this band! Super thick and durable! I used to use elastic bands from Beachbody and was constantly having to fix them due to them rolling up or down and digging in to my legs in the wrong spot. This band doesn’t roll or move! There’s little grips on the inside to prevent it from sliding around. I ordered the “L/XL” after reading reviews saying to size up. I was worried it was going to be too big or not enough resistance but it’s perfect! Will definitely be a forever customer!!

3/19— updating my review, perfect Peach has contacted me with a full refund as well as a gift card and letter to me personally apologizing for my experience—with that I wanted to update my review that this product is worth trying if you don’t have bulkier legs or for whatever reason it doesn’t work return is possible through the seller, not Amazon. I have increased my stars to a four because I believe this company stands behind their products and even though the band was too small it was of good quality.I am 150lbs and very muscular, I ordered the L/XL and the one I received has no indication what size it is and it is too tight to safely do squatting without too much tension for the knees. I have the rubber ones and was looking for something that doesn’t roll.No good and now I’m stuck with it because I was unaware I could not return it.

Being stuck in the house and not able to go to the gym forced me to do some research on resistance bands for at-home workouts. I came across many bands however found that Perfect Peach was the BEST value.I’ve been working out religiously for almost 2 years now. Working on gaining muscle and lifting weights. This band is a heavy enough resistance to make my muscles work hard and not have it slide out of place.I would recommend the L/XL size. That’s the one I got and I’m 123 pounds. The resistance is still intense and the first few times of using it my muscles were shocked. It will be tough to use for beginners but I think will help significantly to encourage continuous training.ALSO, with the purchase comes a warranty if anything EVER happens to the band, along with some workout guides that give you ideas for at-home exercises.After shopping for almost a week, comparing models and brands, THIS IS THE ONE.

I love these products that I received. Will continue to buy more stuff from this seller. Also I had a issue with my package not being delivered from Amazon, and Maddie from Peach Perfect helped me out. The products are great, and so is the customer service. Will be a customer forever.Now for the Hip Band. I previously received this as a gift a long time ago. It is amazing for activating my glute muscles. So much so that when ever I have a friend or family member join me they want to use it too! I bought a extra one to place in a fitness white elephant box this year

I wanted to like this band but it is NOT FOR PLUS SIZE girls. It is made well and seems legit but I couldnt get it above my knee cap lol. The sizing just says "order a L/XL for 120 pounds+"...its obviously off. If you're on the fence about it, dont buy it.
