Can we connect the dryer?

NO. As a Suffolk firefighter, you should never ever connect any appliance that is 13amp to an extension lead... and as for one answer about being 3KW, an extension lead is 13amp; if it is a four socket, you must ensure that the total plugged in is no more that 13amp. I have been to too many fires due to this, especially dryers!

Does this product have slots on the back to attach to a wall?

Yes, the base has 2 openings to hang off screws or allow someone to secure the socket.

Can you screw to wall

Christopher mine is able to be screwed to a wall. Look at the illustrations of the back of the sockets and there should be the two holes for wall fixing. Regards Vinovium..
