It’s not overly delicious or anything, but it’s not bad. They gave me this and ensure in rehab when I couldn’t keep food down. It makes my fingernails harder and grow faster. I drink at least 2 bottles of water with it. I understand you need water to help your body metabolize the protein. It has a tad bit of a chalky after taste, but not too horrible. I’ll be buying another case. I never had nothing but the strawberry.

I use this protein with my coffee and it’s so good!! I love the thickness of it. I think it’s perfect even without my coffee.

Excellent quick protein supplement to toss in my gym bag for post workout supplementation. I went a bit further to assess this as a main supplement and supplemented 3x/day for the past month. The result was great but I'm looking for more variety now. I was able to easily meet my macros with this but for month 2 I am reducing to just 1 per day while adding in various other protein supplements.
