Accurate, Easy to Use & Great Value
The media could not be loaded. I needed a reliable monitor to keep track of high blood pressure at home, and this one stood out because it's one of the few one that is BIHS approved—which gave me confidence in its accuracy. My GP also confirmed that it reads just as accurately as their own device, which really reassured me.It's very easy to use with one-button operation, and the Velcro cuff feels durable—clearly built for long-term use. The device comes with four AA batteries included, so you can start using it straight out of the box without extra cost or hassle. The display is clear, and I appreciate the added features like the Irregular Heartbeat Indicator and memory function. For its quality, effectiveness, and simplicity, this is excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking to monitor their blood pressure at home with peace of mind.

Good value accurate machine
Works really well. Light. Simple to use. Tested against another monitor and so appears totally accurate. Perfect for people who worry about spending alot - you don't need to. Cuff fits my smallish arms perfectly and would certainly comfortably fit medium size I am sure.

Does the job, good value
Simple and reliable. Gives quick readings and matches up pretty well with what the GP's machine shows. Easy to use, just strap it on and hit start.Only thing is the cuff’s a bit stiff and not the comfiest, especially if you're using it often. Not a massive issue, but noticeable.Overall, decent value and does what you need it to.

Handy item
Handy item to have at home to monitor blood pressure. Easy to use and set up. Trickiest bit is using the cuff but once you've got the hang of it becomes quicker. Fairly accurate compared to readings at Drs. Only 4 stars as it uses a lot of batteries.

Accurate, easy to use and great for larger arms
My GP recommended I start monitoring my blood pressure at home since it's often on the high end of normal during appointments. I chose this one because I know upper arm cuffs are generally more accurate, and I’ve been really happy with it so far.I have larger upper arms (around 34 cm) and the cuff fits comfortably with some room to spare. The instructions are very clear and even show you exactly where to place the tube on your arm for the most accurate reading. There’s only one button to press and the numbers are large and easy to read so there’s no confusion. It comes in a compact box which I keep it in when I’m not using it. I also have a pulse oximeter and the pulse readings on both match exactly so I trust that the blood pressure readings are accurate too.I actually have a bit of anxiety around blood pressure machines because of the squeezing sensation but this one has been really gentle and reliable. Highly recommend it especially if you want something simple that just works. Comes with batteries.

99% accurate, decent price currently on offer
I have been asked to take my blood pressure twice a day for a week. I had my Omicon nurses machine somewhere in the house, and it was removed from my medical bag. So I used the wrist BP machine and these are very inaccurate, it was so high.. I couldn't send those results in. So I went onto Amazon to purchase this one. This isn’t an Omicon machine, but had good reviews, so I thought I would try it.My readings have been similar now I have this new one, and seems much more accurate. The wrist bp machines are less accurate because of the placement on the wrist,The A & D machine I haven’t seen before nor used, even though I am a semi retired nurse/ care senior worker. Works virtually out of the box, so a very simple process.I like very much that it comes with four x AA batteries, easy to insert and put the back on..Unlike my wrist BP machine, this one doesn’t ask lots of questions like the date, time etc. This one once the batteries are in situ, is done, so easy. Now for those who are new on how to take your blood pressure correctly, please continue to read.I am left handed, my BP is always taken on that sideIf you have had an operation on an arm or shoulder, please use the other armEnsure the cuff fits you before starting the machine.Put the cuff on, once in place, ensure it is tight, but not too tight. You should be able to put two fingers inside the cuff. The grey connector or tube that runs from the cuff to the machine must lie on the inner part of your arm as straight as possible, ie like a straight line.It is best to sit on a chair with a backFeet on the ground, and no cross legsThe machine is better on a level stable surfaceA pillow can be put under the arm to keep everything level. After this, you should be ready, press the start button. You will need to keep still whilst the machine measures the three readings. To understand the three readings as follows…1. The first one, ie the top number, is your blood pressure when your heart beats.2. The second or middle one is your blood pressure when your heart relaxes3. The third is to measure how many times your heart beats each minute, so the pulse rate.To understand or to give your reading to a health professional, the highest number is always the systolic pressure and always given first, the middle number is what’s called diastolic. So the top number could be 120 systolic / 80 diastolic.I hope the information helps with using this machine.Currently this BP machine is an excellent price reduced from £37.99 to £19.79 so 48% off so a great buy.The battery life for the first four batteries is up to 7 hours, always best to keep some spare. This BP machine is clinically validated for accuracyThe cuff size 22 - 32 cmIn the box comes an information sheet + instructions + cuff + batteries + machine.I would have liked a safety bag with the machine to keep it nice and clean, otherwise I will need to buy one or keep in the box. This is a very good machine and just as accurate as others in this tier.Very happy with my purchase, delivery and price.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you
