Charles Bentley 4 Person Tunnel Tent with 2 Rooms & Awning H170xL420xW210cm

The tent had two rips inside on the ground sheet. The windows are pointless as they dont roll up or allow any ventilation and the worst part being the screen area at the peak of the roof where water floods in. The inner bedrooms hang limpy the seller replies with what can only be assumed as automated response. Tried contacting seller twice to reconcile without human response. Very disappointed do not buy from this seller or this product!

A pole snapped on first use just as we were putting up the tent. As we were away at the time of the breakage we reinforced the pole and managed to make do for the remainder of our trip. We noticed water seeping through the tent too. Instructions were basically non existent and useless. Highly disappointed.

This tent only has 1 external door. Not 3 as the item is described. The other 2 doors are the internal bedroom doors.The ventilation is almost non existent as are the "instructions " and will be extremely hot inside in on a warm day. Don't buy this tent.

This could potentially be a really good tent but the bedroom attachments to the roof don’t fully separate the two sheets so heavy rainfall gets through. I had to bend all the pegs in to get them in because the ground was hard with the dry spell we had. But that is not the manufacturers fault.

I am not happy with this tent at all I took me my partner and my son on our first camping trip and it was a little bit of a drizzly rain night but by the time We all woke up we was all soaked from the tent leaking and dripping threw to each bedroom compartment. This ruined our camping trip because now We are all unwell with bad chests and full of colds 😡

I did have an issue with the tent but this was rectified as they sent out a new tent almost immediately. I think the first tent I received had a faulty lining as the next tent is perfect. I recommend this tent for gardens and weekends away. Great space for sleeping as well as centre part of the tent.

The first time I put this tent up, the last section of one of the shorter poles split along its length. As I was going camping the next day, I had to tape this up so that it would not fail completely. When packing away the tent, one of the handles came away from the bag. Not a great 'dry' run!. To the camping weekend then. Erected the tent only to have the other short pole fracture but this time failing altogether! I'm really not impressed with the quality of this tent and expect some remedial action from the supplier please.

Great tent, had an issue with a pole splitting but Charles Bentley very quickly replaced them all. I`ve put inflatable double mattresses in the sleeping pods and they fit perfectly,very sturdy and roomy tent.
