Zanies Tie-Dye Mice Cat Toys, 40-Piece Canisters

The honeysuckle they're stuffed with doesn't do much for my cats, but they love to bat at them and carry them around by their tails, keeps them occupied and out of trouble. Be sure to remove their tags before giving them to your cat, and beware if you own any dogs: mine loves to try to eat the mice if he gets ahold of one.

I bought this tub of mice after buying a three pack of mice for my cats and realizing my girl LOVED chasing them. I got tired of fishing the same three out from under the couch so I bought a bunch of them to enable my laziness. Spinning them by the tail and letting them fly is the most effective way we play with them. Rubbing catnip on them made my cat go ever more bezerk for them. My girl favored the purple mice over any other color.If I remember correctly, the mice all come with tags as they are meant to be sold individually. I dumped the tub and took off all the tags before playing with my cat.These mice are a stuffed with typical fabric stuffing(polyester?) and are just heavy enough to get some nice distance if you throw them, and light enough for your cat to bat around no problem.The tails are attached pretty securely to the body of the mouse, I had less than five whose tails just dropped off. If you spin them by the tail, you do pose a risk of pulling it out. They pose a minimal choking hazard, in my opinion. If your cat is one to eat string, you might be better off just chopping the tails short or completely off.I love the tub. I threw cat nip in there and shook it all up to add a little something to the mice. Convenient storage and keeps the nip all in one place(mostly)!The colors are fun for me and help me keep inventory of the mice.

My Meowmy bought these for me because my old woobie mousie is lost and I have been mourning. None of my other mousies are the same or measured up. I wasn't interested in them at first. Meowmy put them on the floor and I snubbed them. They were not my woobie mousie. Overnight, though, I checked them out and I like them! I have one in my sight at all times. They are perfect to bat around the floor and chase. They are also prize worthy. I am always crying and howling about my "prized catch", especially at night while Meowmy is trying to go to sleep. They are soft enough to snuggle with while napping, too. It's a great multi-purpose mousie. I have to keep them away from the other kitties in the house or I'd never get to play with them!

My cats don't react to the scent. The mice are cute and one of my cats does play with them sometimes.

I finally found these!! I was given one in a gift bag, and it is the ONLY toy my cat will play with besides her feather-on-a-stick toy. She doesn't care about the many catnip toys, but she likes this honeysuckle one so much it's already missing an ear. It's very soft, so maybe it's gentle against her gums (she's missing a lot of teeth). I've been trying to find out what these are (the tag doesn't say) so we have backups one she destroys her current one.

I am happy with the purchase. Value is very reasonable considering the number of mice. I have purchased the 3 pk catnip mice from Menards and my cat loves those as well. I was worried considering thsee were honeysuckle rather than catnip but he has responded to these just as he does the menards mice, and the bonus with these is that he doesn't lose them under the stove/appliances as he does the Menards mice, which was a pain to have to search for them. I have three cats. Only one out of the three is attracted to the honey suckle in these, but he really loves them! He gets so excited when I pull out a new one for him. He actually plays "fetch" with these mice. He loves playing with them in general, carting them around the house in his mouth and batting them around. Will definitely buy more when our supply runs low.

I did not receive 40 mice toys in a bin. I received about 10 mice toys in individual packets. I needed them as a gift at the time so unfortunately I had to suck it up and keep the product, but it still burns me that this listing is so deceptive.
