Best mouse I've ever used
I purchased this mouse, after my parents bought one, due to having pain in their hands. Using this mouse has alleviated their discomfort. It is the most comfortable ergonomic mouse I've ever used and I have used a few at work, which I've not been able to work with, so have gone back to a traditional style mouse. The material is super-smooth and so tactile and very easy to grip. The contour works naturally well with my hand and is shaped so well, that there is minimal strain in the wrist and hand.My family were sceptical about it, but got used to it very quickly without any trouble. At this price point I wasn't expecting the product to be as good as it is, as there are far more expensive ones on the market. You really don't need to spend a fortune. This product is really that good!

Comfortable and easy to use
I use this daily. Comfortable and easy to use. No noise when clicking the buttons which I love. Dropped it a couple of times and is still working perfectly. Never had an issue with connecting it very easy to connect.

Good ergonomics with a couple of reservations
The near-vertical design definitely reduces/overcomes the pain that a "normal" mouse grip can cause - it's a more natural hand/arm position. The matte finish is comfortable and makes the mouse easy to grip, and the sculpted shape means it fits naturally in the hand (right-handers only!). The left/right click and scroll wheel are well placed and easy to operate. For my hand (average sized male hand, I think) the mouse feels very slightly too small, but it's not uncomfortable.Sensor performance is excellent. It works well on my shiny black wooden desk surface without a mouse mat (previous mice have been very confused by it). Resolution can be adjusted to one of 3 different settings, but I found it hard to tell the difference - movement resolution was good even at the lowest setting. It doesn't come with any drivers. On Mac OS X this means the left/right click and scroll wheel work fine, but the 2 thumb buttons and scroll wheel button do nothing. I installed SteerMouse to overcome this - it allows me to programme those 3 buttons and use them for different actions in different applications. Very handy. But it does add £13 to the overall cost. USBOverdrive would probably also work with it.The only ergonomic issue is that the two thumb buttons are poorly placed: I found it difficult to operate them without changing my grip on the mouse, and often when I squeeze a thumb button, my finger also presses one of the left/right click buttons on the other side.Others have complained the mouse goes to sleep and has to be switched off and on again to bring it back to life. They obviously didn't bother to read the brief instructions that come with it! It does indeed sleep after about 8 mins. A click on any of the buttons wakes it up again instantly. Once you get used to that it's not a problem at all.Overall, I'm very happy with the mouse, especially considering the excellent price. I haven't had any reliability problems so far (a few weeks).

Comfortable mouse for a good price
(Edited)Originally I received a faulty product where the mouse didn't communicate with the receiver. Upon returning the Item I was contacted by Anker who offered to send me a new mouse as their way of saying sorry. If only more companies had amazing customer support like Anker the world would be a better place. Now for the review of the mouse. The mouse is very comfortable to hold and is light even with the batteries inside. The surface of the mouse has a nice grip to it. My thumbs can easily reach and use the forward and back button. The left click, right click and scroll wheel are also easy to use and are well placed. I have medium sized hands. If you have large hands you might have a problem with the back button. This mouse tracks very well there is no problems with interference even though I have two wireless keyboards and now two wireless mice in the same room. There isn't any noticeable delay when you move the mouse and the cursor moving on screen. So performance wise it is spot on. The DPI button is strange to see on a non gaming mouse however is does come in handy for when other people use my computer and prefer the mouse to move faster, since I use a very low speed personally. The mouse has a energy saving function where it stops working after 15-ish minutes of inactivity and to use it again you just have to click a button. This is really handy as you don't really have to worry too much if you forget to turn it off.The mouse does have an LED on the side that is always off unless you change the DPI then it flashes a number of times depending on the DPI setting. It also should light up when the battery is low. This is pretty handy but personally I would prefer the LED to stay on when the mouse is not in power saving mode. But I can see why Anker decided to just use it for certain events that way it will last longer on the same set of batteries.Overall this is a good comfortable mouse for a good price.
