Turtle Beach Ear Force XL1 [FOR XBOX 360 ONLY]

This headset was a gift to my wifeSadly this product didn't tick all the boxes for her as they did get uncomfortable after an hours use.The build quality is great and they are definitely durable, for the money they are great. Sound quality is average over both the microphone and headphones. A good improvement over the stock headset.For the money this is totally a good headset and an improvement over the stock xbox one. But after owning them for a while I think you would be thinking of upgrading again to a more comfortable and better sound quality headset.

Bought these with two other items on Friday. They all came on Sunday! Very quick delivery and very pleased with this headset. Use them all weekend and sound quality is amazing! The wires are a bit unnecessary but tie the ones you don't need and its easier to use. I highly recommend this headset to those who don't want to spend a lot of money on a headset. I'm surprised, considering they are Turtle Beach the price is amazing.

The cables to the xbox360 are about 5ft long sitting at a desk I'm worried my son will strangle himself. Apart from that the fixings themselves do not fit as there is a missing piece for the xbox 360 Slim very complicated and very annoying if I send back it will cost me more money if I keep and buy the extra bit it will cost me more money. Very disappointed.

This headset is great, It's well made and has a really good feel to it. I noticed a big difference in sound quality and you can hear sounds that you've never heard before using this headset that you can't hear from your TV. It has good bass and you can hear people very clearly and people can hear you a lot better compared to using the standard Xbox headset. The headset itself is really comfortable (I've used these for 8-9 hours at a time) and it's easy to setup (though if you are using a HDMI Cable to play game's on you will need a AV adapter that you can buy for about £4.50 with a free HDMI Cable off Amazon or if you have a TV with audio out sockets you will just be able to plug it into there). The only problem I have with this headset is that it buzzes when I'm using my play and charge kit, but this isn't the headset's fault it's to do with the play and charge kit being plugged into the Xbox.My opinion is that they're really worth the money especially as I was hesitant to buy a headset at first because I thought it wasn't worth it but I was wrong and I'm really glad I bought a pair.

Good headset, but annoyingly has problematic problems.There's lots of wires and there's a tiny little wire that goes into the controller and is easy to loose unless you look after it properly.If you want game sound on HDMI you need extra wires and other things, really annoying.If you don't want game sound then youre forced to only use the mic just to hear others and speak but can't hear the game audio which is frustrating. Other than that, great headset and good quality except the problematic issues with setting it up and other wires needed that doesn't come with the headset.

brilliant ! we got these for my 10yr old for his Xbox 360! after his mate school mate recomended them! After trying other more expensive brands that failed time and time again! ( Not Xbox) even though they were replaced a few times by the game store, we thought "oh well ! they are cheap, so what have we got to loose!" n came up trumps! (for a change!) if they fail now i,d get them again! unless his mate knows of better! lol

these arrived very quick and were packaged properlythey look great and are comfortable around the head and earsthat's all I can tell you because these are a gift for a friend if there are any problems I will update if not they are fantastic and worth the money

I recently returned to gaming after an absence of about 4 years on the xbox 360. I decided that I wanted a head set but with the console no longer releasing any of the big titles I didnt want to spent too much. Overall very happy with this item. This is my first head set and the sound quality is extremely good and crisp. I'm hearing sounds I didnt know existed previously. The only thing to beware of is that if you have a HDTV you will need the HDMI audio adapter. I was unaware of this and had to subsequently order this item before I could use the headset
