great product
Amazing. I was afraid to purchase because of some bad reviews saying that it doesn't work or stops working. I had it for a month and it works just fine. The application is very easy to use, It connects with the app without issues. It has a data report and a history so you can track your progress. The results are very close to the ones I took at my gym using the Inbody analyzer so I am happy with this purchase.

Great Smart Scale
This was my first time owning a smart scale but I was surprised at how easy it is to use. I connected the scale to the app pretty effortlessly right after receiving it. The scale also seems to be fairly accurate as I measured my body multiple times to check. The information that the scale gave through the app was also useful, ranging from BMI measurement to body fat percentage. The app itself also keeps a record of past measurements so you can see your progress if you’re trying to get fit. I will continue to use this scale.

Only the Weight Function Works
Only the weight function works. All other functions require the App: "AiLink" This app does not work. It is also connected to many other online products and companies. There is no way of knowing how safe your health data is even if it did work. Do you want or need your private health data to be shared with light bulbs, vacuums, door knobs, refrigerators, treadmills, fitness watches and garage doors? It sounds like the irobot movie gone wrong. Sorry you gained 2lbs last night you must run 10 miles on the treadmill before the refrigerator, front door or garage will open. Don't forget to wear your fitness wristband to track your activity or you will have to repeat the exercise. All the great functions like BMI, Water Weight, and Heart are not accessible on the scale, only through the app that I could never get to work.Returning this item.

The scale is 5-stars, the app (AiLink) is 2-stars. I'd give the combination a 3.5 if I could.
I have a scale that does the same assessments with only foot sensors, but my doctor questioned how accurate it could be without the full-body scan provided by the hand-grips, so I bought this one.It turns out the original scale gives pretty much the exact same results, so I'm satisfied with both types. The app is good and intuitive but you can't be logged in on two devices at the same time, so if I have been using my iPad for recording results and one day I want to use my iPhone instead, I have to log in on the iPhone, and then log back into the iPad next time I use it. It may seem petty, but it's an irritation that doesn't need to be, in my opinion. Also, the user name and password requirements are needlessly confusing. (The app for my original scale stays logged in to any devices I use it with, so I can use it with any of them any time without logging in again.)I should mention that the app, AiLink is a versatile "intelligent hardware" app and can be used for a wide variety of specified household security and electrical purposes. As I use it only for the scale, I wish the health management features were better engineered. Also, since the app is Chinese, I suspect that it collects much more data than it really should or needs to.

You can trust weight measurement only
The weight measurement is OK but rest parameters are totally NOT accurate (I compare with InBody device almost each week for last 2 months). The app quite OK but requires a lot of actions (clicks) to get measurements on it. Not so comfort. Conclusion: it is totally OK to measure weights, but do not trust body composition and body fat measurement.

So far I have had no issues with the accuracy.
I was reluctant to purchase this because of all the complaints about the accuracy. I have not experienced this at all, and I have had it for a few months now. The app is easy to use once you get logged in. I just wish it would save your previous results but it seems to overwrite them with each new measurment. I work around this by taking a screen shot of the current reading before using it next time. Still it would be easier if it just saved the data.

Broke only after a year
I’ve only used it a couple of times, and now the screen says Error. I Have changed battery’s, and nothing works, it’ll pop up as 300lbs with no one is on it and 0lbs when someone gets on

For the price its what you can expect
The product quality is Ok. The report gives insight. Results are close to more expensive Inbody machines. For the price you can’t expect clinical accuracy but gives an overall good guideline to how your body is doing
