Seemed pricey for what's just a case but it's actually a hard moulded case with a suede like exterior, similar interior, hinge is a bit like the ripstop stuff rucksacks are made of and a good quality zip, Looks nice, fits well and the mesh pocket in the lid will hold more bits and pieces than the headphone cables. At a third of the price of the headphones themselves you'd think the case was overpriced but at half price when ordered together it makes a nice overall package and i'm glad i got the case as the headphones are excellent.

It's seems like a well made, good quality, solid case which will do a good job at protecting the headphones. The only criticism I have is that it's slightly roomy, which means the headphones (EP650) move a bit inside and that it'll take up more space in my bag than strictly necessary. That won't stop it from doing it's job though. There was a discount for buying it with the headphones, and for that price it was well worth it!

Bought this case to go with my husband's new August EP650 headphones as he tends to be a bit clumsy and between him and our crazy springer spaniel his last blutooth headphones ended up snapped in half. This case does everything it was bought for - it is sturdy, roomy enough for the headphones to fit comfortably but not excessively so, the zip functions well and is sturdy and my husband fits his charger lead in with the headphones so he always knows where it is. Although I have not used this function there is a loop on the front of the case I'm assuming to allow you to connect the case to a back pack or similar idea. Overall a very solid case and an investment to keep the headphones in one piece - so far so good!

This is a very nicely made case which is light, but rigid and well padded.What prompted this review is that, as well as the August headphones it was specifically made for, it is a perfect hard case for the outstanding, but much more expensive, Bowers and Wilkins P7 headphones (which fold up just like the Augusts) and ideal if you're carrying them about in a rucksack or suitcase. If you own a pair of P7s, this is a must-have and very reasonably-priced accessory.

Good case for the headphones and does what it says on the tin. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is personal preference. The case is a bit bulky for when I'm travelling and although lightweight, I'd now choose a thin neoprene sleeve I already have to carry my headphones when not being used its less cumbersome and easier to fit in my hand luggage. Otherwise, a good buy for the cost. Plus points are a nice inner sleeve that I use to hold the 3.5 jack cable and USB charging cable so they're all together. There's also enough space in the sleeve for my iPod, so it's a win-win. No regrets about buying this product.

Like others, this case was bought for my August EP650 headphones to protect them when not in use and when packed during travel.I purchased it a good few months ago but wanted to give it some use prior to leaving a review instead of writing one minutes after it arriving (like other people) with not being able to comment on long term use.The case is well built, sturdy and durable. The zip is of decent quality and keeps the contents secure. Inside the lid is a mesh pouch where I store my charge and phono leads. It has a loop on the outside which you can use to attach it to a bag or belt etc.I'm not sure why people are commenting on the size of the case. It's designed to fit the headphones they've bought so what do they expect? The case is rigid for a reason - to protect your headphones. If you want a soft pouch simply for storage, this isn't for you. If you want a case which you can shove in a rucksack or similar and know that your headphones have a chance of surviving bumps, knocks or being dropped etc, then this case is for you.I like the fact that the case allows you to fit your headphones folded but without having to close/adjust the headband back to its smallest. That means that you can just take them out, unfold them and pop them on.I've used this case daily since June and I have to say it's still doing its job perfectly well and is showing no signs of wear. I'm glad I got this case, and as my headphones are still working and in mint condition, it is testament to the product.

The headphones fit in it well and I love the mesh pouch inside for storing you spare cable, but the case is much boxier than I imagined. It adds so much extra bulk to the headphones that I've not actually used it out and about as it takes up too much space in my bag. I bought two, one for me and one for my boyfriend, and he hasn't used his yet for the same reason. In hindsight I wouldn't bother buying the case as it's just not practical; a more space-efficient foam-type pouch would be preferable.

High quality and solid, will not be crushed. Fits my DJ HDJ-CUE1 headphones snug. Cool 'August' letters on the top. Little net pocket inside as well to fit the cable or papers into.
