Update: have been using this for over a year now and it’s super, I use it every week on the last triangle section on my back that I just cannot teach without this.Postage said 3-4 weeks and arrived in just over a week so that was a bonus. Made well, easily folds out So it is long enough to reach down your back I tend to just use it on the black side rather than the blue sponge pad. The black larger pad is just like the fabric of a tanning mitt. This really does help you get to that difficult triangle area on your back that no matter how much you try you just cannot reach!!! I use this and stand looking over my shoulder in a mirror so I can see where I need to cover, Easy to wash up and comes with two replacement black pads

Easy to use to get fake tan onto the whole of my back .. don’t know what I didn’t but one before

I am a fake tan devotee and have a wonderful velvet mitt that helps apply the magical golden stuff to limbs etc. I have always been challenged by that illusive area in the middle of the back.. I am not limber enough to reach it try though I have. If I am lucky I can call on someone to do it for me, but rather than spoil the mystery of the magic of my all over tan sometimes one wishes one could do it oneself.Enter this handy gadget by Bonds Sands. Great value for money, effective in use with good action on the hinge. Folds in half to take up less space when not in use.Has a sponge end and a velvet soft end and comes with a few replacement velvet ends. I apply fake tan to the velvet end and use the long handle to reach the part of my backs that are challenging to reach without help.Takes a bit of practice but works a treat once mastered. Not quite sure what the sponge end is for but I have utilised it to apply sun block.

I found this kind of pointless and actually more awkward to use than just using a mitt for my back (put backwards on my hand for the most awkward areas where the back of your hand is easier to use). I found it's quite flimsy too, and it wouldnt stay extended at times.It's pretty cheap, I wasn't expecting miracles, and Bondi Sands products are generally great, so I'll probably just put it in the bathroom cabinet "just in case" and forget about it.
