Keeps my bedroom rad oil heater at a comfortable 26°c when outside is a chilli4°c .Does the job I bought it for.

I needed a way to turn on and off the air conditioner. My air conditioner is older with manual controls so after plugging it into this thermostat and setting the heat/cool and temp desired it worked just fine. It also works with a heater. I use them all the time and it saves a lot in power bills.

I needed something to use in my rental apartment bedroom for my manual fan and heater units, after my previous one stopped working. So far, it's only been summer/hot and it works well, automatically turning on and off my fan as needed. Which has become very important as the central AC broke down and management had to outfit each apartment with a window floor a/c that isn't convenient to move from room to room, and so I have to use my bedroom fan to draw the cooler air from the other room in.I recommend. The previous one I had was digital, was difficult to set and finally lost the automatic function.
