More than I expected beyond happy with the birdhouse/condo I purchased. And too boot it was on my front porch as promised!

Well constructed
It’s made out of lightweight wood so it was easy to hang. Seemed to be out together very well. I hope it lasts through a few winters, but the birds liked it for this first season.

Good but roof sticks out in back
Generally this is good but the designer/builder didn't test and refine their design. If you mount the back against a wall or vertical surface, you will probably need to cut off part of the roof since it sticks out. Otherwise, this is pretty basic and works. The center section is connected so the 2 holes there both access one apartment. Sparrows thought that section was the prime choice because of it.

Well Built
Very sturdy and great design. Birds like it a lot. Waiting to see how it withstands the winter but I don't think it will be a problem.

Not for hummingbirds
Very small. I checked on Google when no hummingbirds were spotted after a while. I found out hummingbirds don’t like little bird houses. They live in trees.
