Excellent service and perfectly engraved. Very pleased with this lovely heavy pint size tankard especially as it has the added etched picture on one side and personalised engraving on the other. Perfect gift for my son-in law's 30th birthday. He was very pleased with his gift as I was when it arrived. Only negative was that a better box would be a bonus although it was well packaged.
