Works well although I still think it’s silly they have to be purchased separately from the gallon of product.

I got this to go along with the gallon size Chris Christensen SmartWash50 Ultra Concentrated Dog Shampoo. It was easy to assemble, just insert the tube into the pump part firmly and screw it into the jug. It started working on the second push, awesome!Pro tip: Open the gallon jug of shampoo and just touch the tip of the tube into the shampoo slightly before you insert it into the pump. That makes it slippery and much easier to make sure the tube is inserted all the way. I intend to have this pump permanently replace the cap. This pump is very decent quality, and not cheap junk. So far so good.

I have used many other gallon size pumps over the years & this one works great!I now have 3 of them on all my gallon size shampoo bottles that I use daily & they are easy to use, easy to assemble & shipping was fast & convenient .. I'd like to say ... Thank You Chris Christensen for another wonderful product .. Keep up the good work.

These are great and make dispensing Products out of the gallon container so easy a must when you’re trying to wash your dog and they won’t be still
