Good
Very good in general, it's about 3 and a quarter inch in length, so it is pretty small. The guage is VERY accurate and VERY reliable. However; my biggest flaw with this is that the presta valve doesn't seem to work as proper, for example, the presta valve is the RED coloured part of the Gauge (left) And when applied to a presta valve, the air shoots straight out through the yellow side (Schrader) part of the gauge, so in order to combat this, whenever you use the presta-side you must cover the Schrader hole with your thumb (tightly) in order to stop any air from leaking out and giving an inaccurate reading. This is inconvient as it does require ALOT of pressure from your thumb to seal up the hole.Besides that inconvenience, it's very great.***UPDATE***It's now been way over 1 Year since I purchased this item; I have recently bought myself a more advanced Pump, etc, that comes with their own gauge.I decided to test the Accuracy of this Gauge. The Top Peak Joeblow Pump is a very reliable and decent quality pump with an awesome pressure guage.I Pumped a Tyre up to 70 PSI; here was the readings:Top Peak Joe Blow: 70 PSITop Peak MiniPump: 70 PSI (apprx)Zefal Guage: 60 PSI.It seems to have lost quite alot of accuracy over the course of use.The button also fails to return the needle correctly to the position it is needed (at times)It has had a rough life been left outside; (covered up, etc) I did make mistakes of not resetting the needle from time-to-time; which weakens spring tensions, etc.Despite this, I would not rely on this as a sole use as a pressure gauge for a long period of time, It has chewed up alot of presta valves due to it requiring So Much Force to acquire a good, accurate test. And Also, It is somewhat falling apart from the main interface (without ever being dropped or damaged)Verdict: Good overall, won't age very well, It does the job that it is intended too but it'd be more wise to buy a pump that has a gauge rather than buying this on its own.

Great little guage - just wish it started lower than 20psi.
Really good little pressure gauge. Really easy to use and responsive. I love how it has 2 connectors to allow for the 2 main valve types, as well as the fact that it holds the recorded pressure until you push a release valve at the top. This means you can check the pressure of something when you can't see the dial and still get an accurate reading. The only downside is that the pressure reading starts at 20psi which is the maximum pressure of our baby buggy so I have to kinda guess. For anything over 20PSI, it's really good to have.

Light weight and accurate
I brought this too use and carry with me on my bike, its light weight, accurate, can be used with both types of bike valves as well as cars and easy too use

Part of this product is your thumb.
Some purchasers don't know that you have to plug the unused end of the gauge with your thumb- otherwise it becomes a 'handy tyre deflator'...very good item at the price, wish we had bought a pump with a fitted gauge, but this is handy enough and seems to be accurate.

Made mostly from plastic
I guess you only get what you pay for , does the job kind of but I think if it was dropped it would be damaged easily.
