Purchased for a friend he said it worked great

You have to trf. 2 chips the circuit board and the small chip for the key also
If you don't try across the small chip for the key you will get a security fail msg on your car. This product was great once we figured out there is a small chip for the key in addition to the circuit board to open the doors and boot. We bought because after owning car for 20 yrs the rubber contacts had warn away and so it was becoming difficult to open doors etc.
