Ocarina From The Beginning Bk/Cd

This is an ok book - but if you have a slightly different Ocarina than the one on the cover (4 hole on the cover) then all the finger diagrams and notes will be wrong. If you are going to learn from this book buy the matching Ocarina is what I would suggest. I have a 6 hole clay Ocarina and basically the book isnt much help apart from using the songs included as practice songs. Overall it is a a very well presented book and worth the money just quite limited to the one type of Ocarina.

Bought for my granddaughter who plays it all the time and she really likes it

I ordered the wrong book. I needed the 12 hole. I'm sure it's great for the smaller ones.
