I bought one of these to replace a missing hand pump when my yoga ball started to deflate. This thing was about the same design as the cheap hand pump that my yoga ball came with, so what the heck.It pumps air. Not much air, nor quickly, but it'll eventually get whatever you need inflated.

It works but I tried to left the valve off my yoga ball and poked the bejesus out of my finger. Stabbed me and drew some blood. Needs to be redesigned. But it did its job....
