18/8 Stainless Steel 3-pack nesting food container set (made in INDIA); Eco friendly, Dishwasher Safe, BPA free, Great for snacks or food storage

I ordered these for firing small things in my kiln that must be covered during the firing process. And while most people complain that something they just received was smaller than they had expected, these were actually a bit larger than I expected or needed But, the smallest of the three will be just about perfect for my purposes so that is very nice.What immediately got my attention though when I was opening the package they came in, was how heavy the little box was, once I got the box out of the mailer. But when I opened the box, that is when the real surprise came!These little beauties are so heavy duty, and they have a very nice shiny finish as well. And the lids fit so snugly and precisely.So I will use the two smallest ones for firing parts, and the larger of the three for keeping things in from my work areaBut I am so happy with these, I might order more sets of them for gifts later on.

These are high quality lunch / snack boxes. These are definitely not leak proof. I just pack things that do not leak.The big one is good for salads, wraps etc. I use the medium one for steamed vegetables or rice (pulav / biriyani etc) and the small one for snacks. I'm happy that I could cut down on zip lock bags and other disposables now.Growing up in India, I always carried lunch packed in a stainless steel lunch box. Then along came the plastic lunch boxes with the promise of being leak proof. Now that the harms of a plastic box far outweighs its benefits, I'm back to packing lunch in steel lunch boxes.I would not hesitate to buy more of these when I need them and I would also recommend it to friends.

I love these containers and they serve a great purpose for different snacks and even lunch. The stainless steel is of good quality and they are easy to clean - I prefer hand washing and towel drying my stainless steel to make it last. These are a bit more difficult to open than the LunchBots that I own, and sometimes I have to pull hard on the lid and the food spills out, but it's manageable. Another drawback for me personally is that these containers are too deep to hold silicone cups - I like to use silicone cups inside my kids' lunch and snack containers that don't have dividers to keep foods separate. The silicone cups I have drown in these and the food spills out. I have been using a folded napkin on top of food to hold it down, but I wish I didn't have to. Maybe I need to find taller silicone cups for these. Overall, though, great containers.

Purchased these about a month ago to eliminate plastic bags and cut down on waste. This set of 3 containers is fantastic! The stainless steel is great quality and so easy to clean. I’m using these for a kindergarteners lunch so I really only use the small or medium size but work well for fruits and other snacks. The kids close securely although I would not put anything liquid in them. Would definitely buy these again. I wish they had a set of 3 in the small size though.

I bought these about 8 months ago and they have been in heavy rotation ever since. These are well made little containers that are the right size for packing a lunch. I will often cut up a sandwich and nest it in the largest one, put fruits and veggies in the middle size and goldfish crackers in the smallest. i am not sure if you are supposed to wash them in the dishwasher, but I have, and have not had an issue. They do leak if you put liquid in them, but I wasn't expecting them to be water tight.

As other reviewers have mentioned, some of these containers are impossible to open. Unfortunately, I brought my lunch in this container and had to go hungry since it was impossible to open. It's such a shame, as the steel is very high quality.

I bought 3 sets of 3 for my kids snacks at school and some of them can’t be used because they are impossible to open!!!! They get stuck and you need a flat knife or even a flat mini screwdriver to try to nudge the covers!! I was really looking forward to use them because you can see they are a good quality product but there’s something defective it’s such a shame!! What i cannot understand is why would they send them to me like that? Didn’t they test it before sending it? 2 big and 2 mediums are unusable!! And that was already happening on the day of delivery coming out of the box! I am an international shipper and returning them will cost even more money so it is not worth it but i wish i could just throw it back at them honestly!

I bought these to store spices and pack leftovers in. I like the ease of putting the lids on and removing them--they are not super-tight. They are very shiny and smooth--a few miniscule dings, but I suppose they would cost double to have a perfect finish and I'm completely happy with them as they are. I may start switching out my glass storage jars for these as they are lighter, would be easy to pack if necessary, and if they drop--no loss!
