it was easy to install and add to my radio upgrade. The picture is clear. The LED lights make it more effective during the evening. It has along cable where I can install it in any type of vehicle. The mounting bracket is more sturdy than my prior cameras. I will buy it again for my other vehicles.

This camera packs a bang for your buck. Nice bright colors, works great, and easy to install. I highly recommend this backup camera.

I have bought and used three of these eRapta backup cameras over the last 4 years, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with them. All three have worked without any issues. I installed them, hooked them up to my reverse lights and car stereos, and they just worked as intended. They have worked in all driving conditions too such as heavy rain, snow, extreme heat and high winds. I also liked that they were relatively simple to install. I liked that you simply mounted them over your license plate. Connecting them to your reverse lights or car stereo can be chore though depending on the vehicle. On some cars, it's not difficult at all though.There are really only two criticisms I have about these cameras. First, the picture quality isn't the best as it's standard definition (SD) resolution. Could it be better? Of course. However, the quality has been good enough for me. I can always tell what I am looking at when I am backing up my car. The visibility at night is also surprisingly very good. So, the low resolution isn't a big deal.The second critique is that the camera calibration (exposure, contrast, saturation, color balance etc.) seems to vary quite a lot. All three of my cameras have totally different color profiles. One is very saturated, another is very dull and unsaturated, and the third has very high contrast. I don't know why this is the case other than the manufacturer doesn't have standards for camera calibration before they ship and sell them which honestly isn't surprising considering it's a cheap Chinese product. It doesn't really affect the performance of the camera, but it might indicate a lack of good quality control on the manufacturer's part.Overall though, I have been very happy with these cameras, They were relatively easy to install, work as intended, work in all weather and driving conditions, and have lasted me 4 years so far with no issues. All this at a very affordable price too. I can't complain.

I replaced my old backup camera with wireless receivers with this. It is much more stable and clear. I prefer this wired camera. No more flaky pictures due to weak signal. The lens is better than the old camera producing better image. Installation is easy. You just solder the leads to their relevant power source and it turns on right away!

I like this as a solid, sturdy installation as opposed to others that require using screws drilled into the body. The mounting is easy as you make use of existing license plate screws. Easy peasy. Works flawlessly.

I have tried 2 of these in the past 2 years, 1 a year. The first one did not last a year and I thought maybe I didn't make adequate connections because the wires seemed corrode. The second one I made sure to waterproof and protect much better, it has recently failed as well. I do not know for sure what failed this time and have not taken the time to trace out my wiring again because if I'm going to spend time doing it I think I will install something a little more durable this time. When it was working I was happy with the picture and performance. I guess for $20 I wasn't sure what to expect and I guess I could do 1 a year for the next 3 and still only be in it for $100 but I'm not spending my time installing multiple times.

Camera has a very clear picture that is easy to see and adjustable lens to point in the right direction. Installed on my pick up truck. My last camera couldn't see my trailer hitch but this one is easily adjustable and now I can use my camera for attaching my trailers.Originally I ordered the wrong camera and customer service was absolutely amazing! They addressed my concern quickly and sent me the correct camera immediately. So easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and camera!

I ordered this to fit a pickup truck that rolled off the lot years before back-up cams were a common feature. Overall, installation was easy. The image quality is reasonable, though it is not 720p resolution as stated in the manual - it uses the CVBS (the old-style video line with the RCA connectors) which supports 480i at maximum. It's a minor niggle, since you don't really need high resolution for backing up. Night vision is decent, though for day-vision, it's a little washed out.The manual tries to be helpful, but appears to be quite poorly auto-translated. If you are not comfortable with trying to interpret what they meant in the manual, you might want to have a professional or knowledgeable friend install this. Otherwise, it's mostly a simple matter of running the video signal and reverse sense wire into the cab of the vehicle, and connecting your wires to the reverse lights and ground.There are a couple of things that are poorly explained in the manual or not at all:* The 26' video wire has a built-in companion wire, this is intended for you to run the 12v from the reverse lights back into the cab and tie into your video system. The manual doesn't really indicate that this is really just a third wire all the way down the line (but it should be reasonably obvious).* The manual covers the little loops of green and white wire, these control whether the video is mirrored (for backing) or not (so you can use it as a forward blind-spot monitor, for instance in front of the vehicle), and the guide lines (if your video system provides them, you can disable the built-in ones). Normally you would cut these as needed to disconnect them, but if you're more creative, you could even wire switches into them to control them.

Works good, very clear view. Easy to install. Had to change to lower resolution as at first it appeared in black and white squares but simple settings/ camera resolution fixed and it works perfectly

I have tried at least 8 different types/styles of rear cameras, and all of them have fallen short of expectation.This one is the best I've found to date; the install was easy. (Do it the right way not the fast way)The camera is small un obtrusive and durable and has stood up to the elements without issue.The picture quality is very good day and night which helps keep everyone safe.It also makes backing up to the trailer a breeze.Installed on 2017 Ram 1500 Crew Cab with pioneer head unit.

Este producto bien podría tener las cinco estrellas, sin embargo me parece que le faltó un modo de fijar la cámara en el ángulo deseado, me da la impresión de que con el tiempo va a ser imposible que la cámara se mantenga en una posición fija, seguiré actualizando mi opinión con el tiempo.
