Does this ink smudge? How fast does it dry?

It does still smudge unfortunately. I bought for my left handed son, as he has real issues with smudging, but they are no good for him, seems impossible to get a quick enough drying ink! However, they write beautifully and my daughter loves them, so have bought more! Depends on the paper how quickly they dry, the more absorbent the better, she used on a shiny card the other day and had real problems smudging even after a while. Hope that helps.

What refills do these pens take?

Do they bleed through paper I can't use them for school if not

no but they do take a while to dry so might smudge. I use for writing cards/ clligraphy etc not school. Hope this helps
