He liked it and it worked well on my cell phone.

The charging chip broke when sliding my phone in. This was not cheap and broke very easily for now much it costs.This case is a snug fit so there is no way to put the case on incorrectly it is just poorly made.Afterwards looking at it, it appeared that it was just glued on, although I have no actual proof of that besides my experience with glue.I'm not sure if I had received a returned product that they tried to fix or what. I just know it instantly broke.After the fact, I tried in many ways to contact them with no luck.After I got it sent back, the company finally messaged me back 2 weeks and had clearly NOT read my email. (I told them everything and how it was broken and unusable and they told me to clean the port and try again)Now I've been waiting weeks for my refund and they just keep pushing back the process date.10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PRODUCT OR COMPANY/SELLER

It's great for when you're traveling or need a quick charge on the go but man it's heavy. It only gives me 1 charge but 1 charge is still Great. If it gave me several for when I go camping then I'd give it 5 stars. Good product but don't expect a week worth of charges.

This is my third Newdery battery case I have purchased. The other two were for previous Samsung phones and proved to be very useful on days you need your phone all day with no access to an outlet. This new one performed as well as the previous ones. I don't use this case as my daily case because it is a little bulky and heavy but on the days I do use it I'm very glad that I have it knowing that my phone won't die. Charging the battery case as well as operating it is very simple.

I'm a warehouse manager/forklift operator so it get heavily abused I have a magnet mount on my lift and use it with this battery case product I've owned 3 so all three have lasted me just over a year each with heavy use bouncing around getting dropped 5 to 10 times a week all year long never once had a cracked screen so it does a good job with edge protection they charge my phone 4 or 5 times from 15% phone life the battery in the case has never failed or shown signs of degrade and everyone who holds my phone says it is heavy but I'm so used to it if the battery case isn't on the phone it's uncomfortable for me I'm super happy with this phone case I will always seek out this product with every phone upgrade because I am a very heavy phone user for work and can not be without my phone it works great for camping and getaways also

This is 2018 technology! Do not let them fool you! Does it charge my s23u yes! Does it do so efficiently no! It still requires USB to c to charges getting it to fully charge is a challenge! I cannot even plug this into a Samsung quick charger USB 18w charger. The trick is to find a charger that still outputs enough to charge this beast of a battery but not to much that the tech on the board internally isn't overpowered! This is a great in case of battery case but if they want to charge 50 bucks for this they should give it the ability to charge on a USB c pd charger and they don't. Please keep in mind this was alo my second one of these as the first one would not charge no matter which charger I tried. ( I tried 6 to be exact) for 50 bucks at this level of charging te h I should got a 20,000mah battery not 10kmah. Either fix the internals double the battery size or fix the sales page. I will be. Contacting both the seller and Amazon about these issues. Will update once I hear back.
