Zero effect on my skin but a legit good value for money, came sealed and ready to use, did not notice any effects on my energy but did have a bit of increased focus. Could also be from coffee idk, easy to swallow the pills aren’t too huge.

From what I’ve read it takes time to be effective so remains to be seen how much I like it.

This is just my experience but I felt terrible the first time taking these. I felt a lot of acid reflux (something I never have), face tingling on one side, and jitter. For me, this turned out to be a poor purchase and a waste of money as I won’t be taking them again.

I took this product as directed for 3 weeks, it did absolutely nothing. For $90 a bottle thats a big disappointment. I will not buy this again.
