I am addicted to sunflower seeds as a healthy alternative to junk food and used to get reduced sodium since 1 salty. I accidentally ordered bbq and am addicted. Omg they are so good and less salt..so win win

The David sunflower seeds are always very good, with only a few spoiled (blackened or mushy) seeds per bag. You can't beat the price for the size/amount that you get.The Bar-B-Q flavor, individually, is tasty. However, I find that the flavoring is much heavier salt-wise than oil-wise, which makes for a flavor that doesn't last quite long enough, although it is initially intense. They could tweak this a bit, IMHO, if they were to improve the product overall.Still, though - a good buy.
