There are two reasons to buy bike lights. The most important one is to be sure that other road users can see you. These lights will also do for riding on unlit roads but personally I would not use them for trail riding they are not bright enough. They also make great second lights for those of us who ride at night a lot. These lights are simple to fit and use although you will have to turn them on to find out which are the rea and which are the front. There are no awkward bits to loose as the light and toolless fixing are all in one piece. Changing the battery is also simple as the plastic body just pushed out of its rubber case.The cells used are the readily available CR2032 type button cells. As with all bateries do keep them away from young children.I will probably use these initially on my mobility scooter because the built in 12v lights powered off the battery are not particularly bright and are fitted much to low down, these make me feel a lot safer.

Many times I've gone out for a bike ride and just forgotten about the encroaching sunset. Without bike lights, the ride home is less fun that it should be! I've wanted to keep a bike light handy for such emergencies but don't want to carry heavy lights around all the time. I thought I'd try getting some "nano" type bike lights that just about weight nothing and can easily fit into the saddle bag of the bike. This bike light set seemed to fit the bill, so I gave them a go. They are perfect for that emergency light situation. They are tiny (see the picture against a pound coin for scale) so I can easily fit all four (two white, two red) into my saddlebag. They are also surprisingly bright - I thought they would only be useful for being seen, but they also allow me to see the road - not at "full speed ahead" but they certainly provide reassurance in the dark.

Very impressed with these. I got my son a new mountain bike, that he’ll use on and off road. These lights are very cheap (I paid £6.99 for the set of four), yet the quality is exceptional. Two red, and two white lights. Easy to install. They aren’t meant for the cyclist to see where they are going at night, but for other road users to spot you. The lights are bright, so others will see you!

First one arrived on time but one light was not working, returned and got a refund, reordered and exactly the same thing one light never worked. Not bothering to send back hubby is going to insert a new battery so hope that solves the problem.If all lights had worked it would have received 5 stars.Bought them to attach to our dogs collar, they are perfect for that.

Waste of money! only red (rear) works fine. clear ones not at all. It's the first time I'm so disapointed about an amazon order...it's also the first time I post a review like this one but I'm feeling scammed!

Nice lights. Very easy to install. You do need AT LEAST two white to see where you are going at night. I rode down an unlit pathway, it was really dark, I have the two white lights supplied on the front of my bike and they weren't enough. They are definitely ok for riding in lit areas though such as roads.

Unfortunately these lights do not work. They world very well the first trip out. Then both front lights would not turn off. I had to remove the battery to turn them off. They now only turn in randomly and are not reliable for my children's bike.

I ordered to front lights and two red rear lights. Four lights arrived. One doesn’t work at all. The other three are front white lights.

Acheté pour équiper des vélos pour des promenades pendant l'été. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de les tester en circulation car une sur deux ne fonctionne déjà pas même en ayant mis des piles neuves en dehors de celles livrées avec le produit. Grosse déception...
