Twinlab Multi Mineral Caps, 180 Capsules (Pack of 2)

Have been using this product for about 10 years. Just ordering another batch today. Take it specifically to replenish minerals from sweating in workouts. This got rid of mid race muscle cramps and waking up in the middle of the night with calf cramps.Like another reviewer commented, the lid can be tricky. Just remove all the safety seal so it does not tilt when going back on.

This supplement has POTATO STARCH as a filler! I was not aware of this when I bought it. I took it anyway and my joints started hurting (potato can do that to you) - When I stopped taking it my joints stopped hurting. I have switched to a different brand that I LOVE! It was a huge waste of $$$ for me! Beware of fillers - they make a difference!

I've been taking these for a few months at least. Almost done with the second bottle of 180 caps. Unfortunately, my blood work for a few minerals has not improved at all.I took baseline zinc, copper, iron, ferritin (an iron storage indicator) levels before I started and a couple times in between then and now. None of these levels improved and incidentally my zinc and copper levels went down a little.I can only presume, since I didn't make any other radical changes, that this multi mineral supplement does not get absorbed or has very poor bio-availability.The price was right, but it seems I paid for nothing.

We've used these for years; they're a solid, regular multi-mineral. I called the company once to find out why they had so much molybdenum, and they had a convincing answer. Recently I've been trying fancier formulas, but can't say that they're better.

I can't believe how wonderful I feel since I started using multiminerals. This is something most people are deficient. Our soils are so poor now that our diet is missing these valuable nutrients. Feel like death warmed over? Give them s try!

The cap sucks, takes all kinds of contortions to get it open, but no prob with the item or its price.

We've used this product for several years and have found it completely satisfactory. It is lacking one ingredient we would prefer to have and that is Boron so we use an additional Boron supplement with it.
