Feature Packed Product with Great Value for Money
I have been using Glen (Hood Senza 90, Touch & Gesture Control, Black) Chimney for last 5 month now. The quality of the product is excellent. The performance has been flawless as on date. Post purchase, installation and guidance for use was very fast by the representatives. The price of the product in Amazon was very competitive at the time of purchase as compared to other products in the market with similar specifications. The product packs some great features as compared to the price like touch control, odor removal and above all easy to use.

I using 1 month this chimney. It is too heavy duty it good for home kitchen. Suction power very high.

Service
Never purchase this product. The Circuit Board got burnt after 13 days of usage. Very bad after sale service. Installation was very costly. Charged Rs 2100. Till date 16.07.25 I am fighting for resolving the issues i.e Heavy noise 80db and vibration after changing motor in 09.06.25. The Glen team Mr. Avnish Ranjan says everything is fine. The technician doesn't know How to dismantle the motor. He pulls out the motor without removing the PCB connections. Disgusting attitude.
